Welcome to the Resources For Professional Development.  Each subpage in this section is dedicated to one or two programs offered at NWHSU.  You will find links to general news (usually non-peer-reviewed) that is accessible to anyone without a need for a subscription.  As such, you should critically evaluate the material you find.

There are also links to professional organizations in each area.  Some offer continuing education and certification.  If you have any questions about whether or not these certifications are right for you, we recommend consulting with faculty members in your program.
