We have a new tool that searches across most of our databases.  This will search PubMed, Academic Search Premier, CINAHL, the library catalog and most* of the rest of our databases at the same time.  This is a great place to start if you are looking for:

• A journal article and you know the article title or journal issue already.
• A book in the library
• Want to get started with some key words
• Need to find general items like articles, book chapters, etc.
